Does anybody remember what toy they wanted to own so badly,but they never owned it.
I love Strawberry Shortcake so berry much,but never owned any of the vintage dolls since they died out in the year I was born.I was 6 yrs old when the 1991 line came out,but I only saw them once and wasn't really that popular like the 80s line.
Doodle Bear-Always wanted one,but got a stupid talking Barbie horse instead
My Little Pony-I had so much ponies,but I don't remember which ones I owned.I want to remember the ones I owned.

I really wanted the 5.5" Strawberry Shortcake or the big rag doll. I also wanted Starshine (?) the rainbow MLP. I never got those...
But, I think it was kind of like I wasn't allowed to ask for anything... I would just get whatever someone gave me. Every once in a while, someone's "gift" to me would be for me to pick out a toy from the toystore, otherwise, I think I had no say in what I got!

A Loyal Heart Dog plush from the Care Bear Cousins.They weren't available in the US so I never got the chance at one.I have one now though.Several in fact.Some of the new ones.

i always wanted rainbow brite the pvc. but at the time i didn't even know they made rainbow brite like that, so i had this toy horse that i dipped in white paint and painted rainbow colored hair and i made a shoe box into a castle. i was very creative i also traced rainbow brite characters and put magnents on the back and played with them on the refrigerator. i did the same with 101 dalmatians

My friend Leah had every single SSC doll made on shelves in her room, that took up all the walls, and I was so jealous. I really wanted just ssc herself. I begged and begged, and for my birthday I got the dancing/ballerina ssc doll. She was the only one I ever got. I remember that I played with her, and really liked her, but I was disappointed cause I wanted just the original ssc doll.
Now I have a bunch of the originals, and only one incomplete dancing ssc... so my wants have reversed! :P
