My older brother Elliott remembers this Trix commercial that was played in the 80s.
The kids had to vote on the phone to give a chance to the Trix rabbit to eat the Trix.Since the Trix Rabbit always gets told by the kids.....Silly Rabbit,Trix are for kids.The kids had to press 1 to let the rabbit eat the trix and 2 to not let the rabbit eat the Trix.So the Trix Rabbit got to eat the kids and the kids were like the rabbit can't eat Trix.I totally don't remember that since the commercial must have shown when I was a baby or when I was really little.You gotta remember that Elliott was born in 1982 as I was born in 1985 which is totally age difference.Does anyone on this board remembers?.

I remember when that happened! I don't remember calling in or anything... but I remember the campaign and the commercial that was like 1/2 a commercial and then the second half happened after the votes were over. Of course, the vote was to let the Rabbit have some Trix! Most people felt sorry for him!!

I do remember that! and I actually voted to let him eat the Trix... cause I felt bad for him! But I never knew what the outcome was... I didn't think they actually made a follow-up commercial... so I'm bummed I missed it! :yogurt

I remember being able to call in-I don't remember hearing anything about it afterwards though...
