Hi - I have been busting my brains looking for a doll from the 80s called Happy Returns. It was a doll about 12-14 inches tall and came with a baby walker. When you pressed her belly she giggled and said mama. When you pushed her in the walker it would turn around and come back to you. Does anyone remember. It was probably 1982 or 1983. I can't seem to find anything on her on the internet at all or on ebay.

Trust me, it'll get a better response in here. ;) I really hope we can find some information on little miss 'happy returns' for you. I remember a doll that did just as you described, perhaps it was the same one. I know I'll do some searching around very soon. :D

I do recall a doll like that (at least the commercial for one because I didn't play with anything like that), but I can't help you out much other than that. I'm not sure it was called "Happy Returns" but I do remember a doll that walks inside a baby walker. I even have a picture of the face in my mind! I'll have to do some searching and see if I can find anything!

Well... I found one doll in a walker, don't know if it says Mama or anything it can do... and it doesn't look exactly like I had pictured... but she could be the doll you are looking for anyway...

Lullabye - Unfortunately that's not the doll. This one had like a pinkish jumpsuit.

Her name is Baby Come Back and she was released in 1976...so may have still been on the market in the early 80's. Please let us know if we're close!
