Description: Remember?

Remember Wacky Wall Walkers? Man! I loved those things! I wish they still made them.
I remember the guy who invented them used to have a tv show called Dr. Fad. I saw him once at the Franklin Institute (my first celebrity sighting! I was so excited!). I would get up at 6:30am just to watch it (I'm sure my parents loved that!). Is he still around and inventing?

I don't remember that inventor guy at all, but I definitely remember Wacky Wall Walkers! I found some spider-man ones (not the WWW brand) a couple of years ago and had to buy them because they reminded me of the vintage WWW.

:ssc It's funny you mention these. I found the commercial on-line somewhere about a month ago and watched it. I remember begging my mom to buy the cereal just so that we could have the good ole' octopus. I wouldn't mind having the original again...(not the knockoffs) :D

Oh man, I remember LOVING those things! Actually, so much so that I knew EXACTLY what you were talking about in the title of this post! LOL Wacky Wall Walkers is name I will never forget! LOL They were sitting on the same pedestal as the slime you used to buy in the gumball machines. Incredible what used to keep us occupied, huh??

how funny! I loved these things! My mother thought they were so sick, and would get upset when I threw them against the walls. She tried saying it would remove the paint.. hahaha. It didn't stop me though! Ever get one stuck in your hair?? ugh! it's not hard to get out, but it pulls out little hairs and that hurts!

We had an old tape with episodes of "The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show" on it that advertised cereal with the Wacky Wall Walkers inside of them. My sis and I got our hands on a few, but I refused to watch them walk up the wall. I didn't like them because I thought they looked like spiders, and I'm scared to death of spiders. My sis, however, liked them. She thought they were neat.

Oh yeah, I remember these! They were really lot of fun, except when they got all dirty and dusty and had to wash them with soap water.
