Title: CPK playset?
Description: *identified CPK doll

Ok, I know this is a nursery playset, but what dolls are supposed to fit with it? Everything is too small for regular dolls, even preemies and it's too big for the poseables that I have.
I also know it's missing a few pieces. Is there a picture somewhere of the entire thing?
Thanks in advance...Lambie, this is for you!

possibly a line from polly pockets?

I don't recognize this playset, but possibly it went with the CPK pin-ups (
like these)? There were a few playsets for them. I'm not familiar with all of them, but I know there was like a swing/carousel one. This playset looks like a similar scale. BTW, I think the pin-ups are adorable too!
Oh... I found your same playset on
another site... but it doesn't show any dolls with it there either...

OMG! I had one of those pin-ups, Joyce. I remember how much I wanted it and I played with it a lot. Also, it's probably the first toy I ever tried to take care of the packaging with since that was her room. I also really wanted to tack it to the wall, but I don't think I ever even asked for a thumb tack. Adorable! I had a blond girl in her bedroom, very much like the one in that picture (Joyce's Link). Wow, something else I actually
had as a kid...I need one now!

**edited for spelling duh! my excitement must have been too much for my wee, little brain.

I had thye pin-up Minni Chrissie and her Garden greenhouse. I LOVED it too.
I have definitely seen that CPK playset and it was LAST weekend (it was either that exact one or one much like it). I didn't get it because I was buying a bunch of other things for a hefty price that day but now I am wishing I picked it up. We could've compared. If I recall, there was a small soft CPK doll in it and the place I saw it at were selling a bunch of 80s - early 90s toys.

Yes, Childof the80's, that's it. Thanks a bunch. I need to find the doll by itself...a 9" doll apparently!
Those pin ups are pretty cute! I am new to the whole CPK thing. There's a lot more to it than I thought. So many sizes and types, yikes. I just stick to buying the ones that I think are the cutest. Which is almost every one that I find.
Tabby's (Lambie's link) has a few small dolls...I'm going to ask if they fit the playsets at all. I've bought from her before with no problems. Otherwise, ebay it is.

Yes! That's the small doll I saw inside the playset a few weekends ago. Too funny that it's mentioned now.
Are any of you collecting the 90s CPK stuff because I can look out for it? :)
It's too bad I didn't know about you needing that little doll, purplestar, I'd have picked it up for you.
