You probably want to check the image size settings on that ms. pac-man image. It looks kind of big and pixelated. I bet it is getting stretched out from its original size?

Mine is: URL Location 100x100 I had to change it's size in my control panel when I first inserted it so it wasn't too large or distorted.

BTW... I changed the avatar preferences so the images allowed are 100 pixels smaller than I originally had set. So, your image is now smaller and not pixelated and the alignment of the threads are better now :)
