Remember this fun jumping toy called the Pogo Ball?.They were a Saturn type toy where you snug your feet on the top part of the ball and you bounce away.I kinda have this berry fuzzy memory of me almost killing myself on one of those at age 3 back in Kingston,NY. :lol:

:elf LOL Yes I do remember these...I was 11 years old and my friends dared me to jump down these concrete stairs. All I remember is going to the emergency room and having x-rays and missing about a week of school. Pogo ball was such a blast....... :blink:

I remember writing about it in my journal! it took me forever to do... then I could only jump about 3X before I would fall. Lemme see if I can find that journal entry!

My cousin, Jamie, had a pogo ball. I tried it out many times, but I'm a chicken and never really got into it. Very cool toy, imo.

I remember them! They were fun. I don't remember if I specifically had one. I think I had a pink and purple one or a white and pink one but I'm not 100% sure-- but I kind of think I had one because I remember playing with it in our basement. I do remember bouncing on them though!

I remember all the wild images that were painted on the "disc" part of it. Anyone remember that?

BTW,I think I remember seeing Pogo Balls make a comeback like around 2000-2001,but they didn't last in the market for too long. :hksad

maybe because people got hurt on them! LOL... they really were hard to use!! I don't remember my friend's having any design on the "disc" part... I remember hers as being just plain orange (although the ball was a different color... yellow or green) :poochie . Maybe she got a cheaper version?? :huh:

Not so log ago I was at this gymnastic event with my kids and they had these for try. Needless to say that I made quite a fool of myself with one of these.. :D
