Hi everyone! My name is Ashly and I just found this board today. I am so excited to be a member. Some of my favorite 80's toys include Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake (80's...not the new ones!), Rose Petal Place, Lady Lovely Locks, Cherry Merry Muffin, and many more! I look forward to getting to know everyone and learning and sharing 80's information!!!

P.S. I also collect Lucy & Me Bears (by Lucy Riggs). Is anyone familiar w/ them? Or know where I can get a bunch or good sites? Thanks!

It is so nice to meet you and I'm happy you found us!
I love all of those favorites of yours - Rose Petal is great! I have always adored Lily Fair :D Then, I remember playing with my little sister's Lady Lovely Locks. I used to watch the cartoon too (the same goes for Rose Petal).
Cherry Merry Muffin was a favorite of my sister's but I got some dolls last year and ever since have fallen in love with them! They are so incredibly cute. I love their faces and the fact that they are scented ( like my all-time favorite dolls, SSC :) )

I have heard of Lucy & Me Bears but I'm not sure if I've ever seen them. Be sure to post pics if you can. We love learning about new toys.
