Description: My finds, most of it is berry sad news

Today I was cleaning out the basement and getting rid of some stuff.I found alot of stuff that I had since I was little. Some of the stuff I kept and most of the stuff I got rid of,but I'll tell you that later. :P

Here's the list of stuff I found that I'm gonna keep. B)

Cherry Merry Muffin doll (Lost the smell to it)
My Little Angel baby bottle
Tamagotchi beanies and plushies
Sanrio kits
Sanrio plushies
Emily's Skydancer from Mcdonald's
Part of my broken up Littlest Pet Shop Doctor's Office (Had to keep it :P )
Precious Moments beanie pig

Here's the stuff I found that brought alot of memories, but got rid of.

Donatelo (TMNT) plushie
Gizmo squeak plushie
Gizmo doll I got for my 13th birthday
2 Pound Puppies
Elliott's teddy bear from when he was a baby
Flounder plushie
Stebastian plushie
Ewok plushie
Turtle Tots
Kitty Kitty Kittens

I had to get rid of it because a mouse climbed into the toybox the plushies was in and took a dump :eww in the toybox and got onto my stuffed animals.Well, some of my childhood has gone into the garbage, thanx alot to those dumb mice.

Maybe one day I could find it in a Flea Market or Ebay to relieve the memories.Mom is gonna also go up into the attic and find alot of stuff from my childhood. That means I hope I could find my ponies :mlp ,Roll figure, and my ceramic Met doll I made. Also my childhood books like the Monchhichis birthday book.

I also found loads of Barbie's from when Emily was little. Most of them had a haircut and some were headless. The headless ones go into the trash as the mint ones stay with Emily.

The only reason I hate mice is because they scare me and poor Doraemon got his ears bitten off by mice. :hksad

As long as the mouse didn't go inside any of the plushies, I would've run them through the washer and kept them!

Great that you found some good stuff though!

BTW lullabylambie,I was thinking of washing the plushies that got mouse turds on.I asked cousin Tina if that would be fine, but Tina said that it will ruin the plushies if they went through the wash. <_<

I know with the Kitty Kitty Kittens you can't wash because it's surface washable only. <_<

It been worth trying to rescue them by washing. If it turns out bad, then you could toss them...

If you use a Front loading washer (at a laudromat, if you don't have one) on the gentle cycle and tie the toy in a pillowcase you should be all right. I wash Cabbage Patch kids everytime I find one and they turn out great. Just air dry with circulation under the toy as well.
I'm not scared of mice at all but they are a health hazard. my suggestion...get a cat!

LOL,thanx for the great idea purplestar, but I can't get a cat because I have allergies.

I washed my Heather (Holly Hobbie) doll in the wash with laundry soap and dried it with the towels and she turned out berry good. :bbm

I understand why cousin Tina wanted to throw mouse turded plushies out.Because it might be a health hazard besides washing it and I wouldn't want to play with something that was contaminated. :agree :eww

I read somewhere that someone still has their vintage Strawberry Shortcake dolls in the attic, but they don't smell berry sweet anymore, they smell like mouse pee :eww and moth balls. :eww
