Title: Not a Toy
Description: Pudding Pockets!

Sorry to post this thread in this category, the board wouldn't let me post in the one I wanted. (could be just my dumb computer)

Anway, back in the 80's Pillsbury made cupcake mix to make cupcakes filled with pudding. We used to always buy chocolate cake with chocolate pudding inside, so I don't know if there were different flavors or not.

Anyway, I have been in search of a replacement for them ever since they came off the market, and Pillsbury refuses to give me the recipe (I don't understand why, they're not using it!).

They were the best, and I miss them. Does anyone else remember them? Does anyone know of a good replacement?

Just wonderin'. Thanks!!

I thought I'd move this topic in here where it would be a bit more visible :) I hope someone out there can help you out! :wave

These were terrific! I think they were on sale once and my mom bought a whole bunch because we'd make them every week! My fave is yellow with chocolate pudding. But, I think you can make them yourself with regular cake mix and instant pudding.

Edit: I think you can make them the same way these are made:

Wow! Those look really good! That's definitely worth trying. If I get a chance, I'll do that.

Good thinking! Thanks!
