I know who she is.This doll is named Koedachan and is a Japanese doll.She looks very Sanrioish. ^_^
In Italy,Koedachan is known as Tiny Candy since the toys was combined with the Candy Candy Anime series.Also in regular Koedachan versions too.
Where did you find that cute Japanese toy BTW and were they ever sold in the USA?. :wave

OH... that's really interesting! Her name is "tiny candy"? I have this toiletry bag with the character "tiny candy"... I wonder if it is the same? I remember I loved the soap in there because it was shaped like a bunny and lamb together. So cute!!
