I had a berry nice Mother's Day today. :ssc

I went out for Chinese food at my favorite place in Nashua,NH called Lilliac Blossom.It was really good. :blush

I had my crab rangoons,shrimp fried rice,lo mein,and chicken.Berry good. :ssc

I gave my Mom a flower pin I sewn and a Angel Cheeks pin I bought at my volunteer job at the St.Joe's Hospital gift shop. :cheesecake

Has anyone tried those Baskin and Robins ice cream cakes?.It's really good.It's the one with the regular cake and ice cream combined.I had Strawberry Cheesecake which was good.Luv Strawberries like Strawberry Shortcake. :ssc

What did you people do?.

Since my mom lives in FL and I am in way far north in Ontario, I wasn't able to spend actual time with my mom. I did get to talk to her but I usually do throughout the week anyway.

I got my mom a gift set from Bath and Body Works. It had a loofah, shower gel, lotion, body spray and body cream in Gardenia scent... which my mother said was her favorite scent. I didn't know either, so it was a good guess! I also got her a card, and spent some of the day with her.

I'm not a mother but I got my mom a nice shirt, the all my children perfume & an I love Lucy DVD

My kids presented me with all kinds of homemade gifts. Iian presented me with a cardboard piece of art (three pieces of cardboard, with the words Happy Mother's Day made out of cut up pieces of straw and taped on, and all three pieces of cardboard were attached by tape...so it 'hangs'), Kindred drew me multiple pictures, made me a card, drew me a comic, and told me he loved me in sign language and Taigan drew and painted me several pictures too. Jon presented me with a new hard drive and some DVD-Rs. :D They are all so sweet!
