I'm trying to put in a new avatar,but it keeps not working. -_-

It always not shows and says it doesn't work.This didn't happen to me before.

Info about Avatars:

Your avatar must be no bigger than 300 pixels by 250 pixels in size (and even then that is on the large size...try to keep them around 175 pixels by 100 pixels)
The following file types are allowed: .gif .jpeg .jpg .png .bmp

It could very well be that you had your image uploaded directly to the board and this is something that is no longer allowed. You, first, have to upload your image to a free image host and use the URL of your image within that program.
