That's cool you were a Monchhichis fan when you were younger. B)

What Monchhichis did you have when you were little?.

In Japan,Hong Kong, and Europe,Monchhichis are still huge. You see them at gift stores huge with teenagers.

If you wanna buy a Monchhichi, check your local Hot Topic because they sell them sometimes.I bought a girl and boy Monchhichi just about last year. :poochie

I used to have a Monchhichis birthday book when I was little I think I still have in the attic.I could show it to you on-line if my scanner is working. :momo

hey, do you know how to clean monchichis?? I don't know how I can clean mine, and I have a vintage one, but I won't touch it till it's clean. (I don't know where it's been!) this is usually why I don't buy vintage plushes.

You could handwash it with regular laundry detergent. That's what I do with the large plush Rainbow Brite Sprites since the paint can rub off of their noses if you put them in the washer and/or dryer. If you air dry them outside on a nice day that would work all right I think. After they are dry, I usually use a small comb/brush to "fluff" up the plush :)

Thanks Erin. Can you immerse them in water, then? Their "insides" will dry? :thx

Maybe you could throw it in the washer on the spin cycle to pull out most of the water and then let it air dry.

I would handwash but if by chance I did put them in the washer they'd be in a pillowcase. Let me tell you, I have ruined facepaint on multiple toys putting them in the washer. (Pretty much the only plushies I put in the washer/dryer are SSC ragdolls and Care bears and I've never had a problems with those) Personally, I would feel way better handwashing and I wouldn't see how immersing them would ruin anything. If you aired them outside on a nice warm, breezy day I am sure they'd dry nicely but I would use a little doll's comb/brush or a nail brush to fluff up the plush.

Let me know how it goes, Cindie :D
