I had this toy that was like a flat wharf village, about 2in thick with a small "boardwalk" ledge. It had straps on the back and suction cupped to the side of the bathtub. It came with a family of hard plastic people (a different plastic than LP) that had their clothes painted on. The figures were dressed like sailors.

I've only heard it referred to as tub town, but that name gets me nowhere in searching. So I thought I'd post it again. New people = new brains to pick! :P

Oh I hope someone can find out what this toy is called. It really sounds like a fun toy. I will look around and let you know if I find anything remotely similar! :hemanwink

I actually think it was called Tub Town by Fisher Price, but I can not find any pictures or articles to confirm this. Was this from the late 80's?
