HI my name is Karen..
I live in Kahnawake a mohawk reserve about 10 mins from montreal canada...
I am married for about 2 years now... I have 2 dogs named Chubby and Princess and 3 fish..
I have been collecting SSC for about 1 year now.. I am just missing Banana Twirl...
My favoret SSC is Blue berry muffin.... I was her for Halloween last year...
I been collecting the new SSC but my collection is small mostly the dolls and ther home I have.....
I use to play with SSC when I was younger and now I love them even more they are my pride and joy LOL..................
I got my collection mostly from E-bay and from some people that where kind enought to sell to me... I got my Berry princess from a lady who belongs to another group I belong to I got her for 45$ and for my Peach blush she cost me 25$ from another seller who just happend to have 2.. so thankfully that how I got them...................
I dont know what else to write just though I write a bit about my self......

Do you collect any other 80s toys too? I know I have branched out to all sorts of things and it is a little bit out of control now...LOL

I also have a Collection of Jem Dolls, Care Bears, Keepers,Snugglebums, and Cabbage patch kids...... I also like Bratz dolls and Barbies...... I have no room at the moment to display them all! so I change them every now and then......

LOL I totally understand that situation! I have many things packed away and I also rotate things. The hardest things to display are the Care Bears or CPK because they take up too much space. :P
Also, Barbies aren't real easy to display if you are short on space. lol I have been collecting them MIB since 1988. I only buy those that I really love now.
Jem dolls are really cool. I would love to find some of those someday.
Toy collecting is very addictive, isn't it? ^_^

Welcome to this Awesome 80's Toyland board, Karen. :D I also have a collection of Strawberry Shortcake dolls. Yours sounds quite impressive. I don't collect cpk, but I do really want one of the new ones. Where is the Mohawk Reservation that you live in? It sounds very interesting.

Welcome Karen! I just moved all my stuff back home and I just don't have space to display everything either! (I had too much stuff already when I left home). I just don't have enough shelves. I have lots of plushes, so they take up a huge amount of space.

Greeting fellow Canadian. You are sooo lucky to get Peach Blush for $25. And the berry Princess for $45???? Holy cow, she is I think the rarest of them all. Good for you. I'd love to see a picture of your collection...hint hint.

Congrats on your Peach and berry princess deals! It took me a couple years to get peaches shoes...and I still need her hat..lol

You collect Keypers?.Those things are sooo cool.I never owned any since I was born in 1985 and the line must have ended.I used to play with the snail Keyper back when I was in 1st grade and loved it. :bigbird

I collect My Little Pony type toylines including the old skool ponies. :wub:

It was on of my favorite toyline when I was growing up.
