Okay, so my seven year old goes to Tae Kwan Do. He talks about testing often and I think he knows his first set of moves pretty good. I've seen him do it in class with his eyes closed and he seems to be off by two moves. I have looked all over the internet and can not seem to find an illustration of the first set of moves. His instructor calls it 'Base Form One'. Any help would be appreciated as I can not remember past the first move to help him out!! A book with illustrations would be helpful and I seriously doubt there is one at my local library which has super funky hours and I never catch it open anyway, so I'd have better luck buying one from the internet. I'm posting this message in more than one place online. I need help.

How cool that your son does this!
I have always been interested in things like this and the closest I've come to it is with my TaeBo...lol (which I love). There's a sense of power and strength that you hold within that is totally unleashed when punching or kicking... empowerment, I guess. It goes beyond physical. :)

Great that you found a book on the form you need. It makes me want to go look up stuff about it now. :D
