The face & size looks very similar to SSC. I'd say it was a knock-off!

Yep...it's a very very cute knock off! If I saw that somewhere in RL for a good price, I'd grab her :)
Very cute although it doesn't look like they are scented and that takes away from them for me :)

Well obviously this doll represents Holland. But does it say that anywhere on the package? If there really are 80 different dolls, they should label them, right?
I've never seen them before. The dolls look OK, but the packaging looks cheap which makes me think the doll would not be as well made as SSC dolls are.
But I am biased toward SSC because they rule!! :D

I love her! I had SS knock-offs as a child. I had one with a plastic chocolate bar...I think she was called Chocolate Milk. LOL And there was an Orange Juice too. Those are the ones I had, but these International dolls are adorable. I'm with Erin, if I ever see one in RL for a decent price I'm buying it! CUTENESS!

Oh I know what dolls you are referring to, Melanie! I am not sure if I had those ones but I did have the Jelly Bean dolls! :D I think they only made three or so and I had them all. One was Cherry (wearing mostly red), one was Lemon (Lucy Lemon), and the last was a Cinnamon one (she wore brown and orange).

I think RL = "real life"
I didn't have SSC knock-offs. I only had one SSC doll... and I got that in a school christmas exchange! Come to think of it... I don't think my parents bought me many toys! I think most of my toys were gifts from other people, or I "earned" it by getting a good report card the whole year!

lol Yes, RL = "real life" :D
Joyce, I bet you really appreciated your toys because of that. I wish more parents would make their kids "earn" their gifts. I see so many nowadays showered with things that they just expect it all. :(
