If nothing else you may want to try the new furniture.They look like the old ones just different colors.Toys r us has it.It comes with a new doll as well.That or on ebay people are always selling the old stuff.Look under Strawberry shortcake Berry Happy Home and it should narrow your search. :ssc

I can check tonight for the doll/furniture sets. Our new, bigger and better WM opens today and we are going to check it out. Ooooo I can't wait!! *jumping up and down!!!* lol

I have 3 super walmarts within 45 minutes of me and non of them has the dolls with furniture.I do alot of my shopping at toys r us.They always have them.I have to pick them up for myself so if nothing else I can pick up some extras for anyone else that needs them.I'm waiting on my hubby to get his income tax check before I pick up any thing new.He already filed it just takes about 2 weeks.I have quite alot of things I have to pick up.I'm behind on the new stuff.So if anyone needs them LKM.LIke I said thought it will be about 2 weeks before I can pick them up so hopfuly you guys can find them. :ssc

I can definitely check for the new dolls with furniture. I've seen them all at Toys R Us. I didn't think anyone still needed them though!

And would you believe that there were NO Strawberry Shortcake dolls at all!! I mean at all! No mini sized, no charms...the only two things SSC in the toy section was a playground ball and a small puzzle! Where the heck are the new dolls folks?!?!

But...on the other hand, I saw some new MLPs (from Butterfly Island) and fell in love with a few. LOL

And!! I thought you, Joyce, because they had about a million CPKs! Too many to even look through stacked up to the ceiling on one wall! And they had lots of Cornsilks there! I kept saying "ohhh Joyce would die!" :lol:

omg! Our wm was like that too when it first opened! I think it took them a year to get SS--I wonder if it's on a store by store basis that they get stuff?

K, Shell, I got my bhh lot in the mail this morning. Once I find out what Cindie needs/wants I'll post a list of extras. I basically just took what I needed off this bhh and fixed up the one I already had. The lady who sold me this one took it apart in some places and she definitely broke some tabs. I was terrified I was going to break my bhh in places while in the upgrading process. Sheese!

Erin-I saw the Shell belle and one other-not sure which one she was though..

I need at least the one butterfly island one....

Mel--cool-let me know what you have and what Cindie doesn't want.

Well, Shell, I've only one dining room chair, a grand father clock with some chips out of the base and a bath tub. If you want any of those, let me know. I thought it would be more stuff, but Cindie cleaned me out. LOL

how much for the tub? is it yellowed?

Shell it is yellowed...only on the inside though. Those SS girls should have used the scrubbing bubbles so they didn't get ring around the tub. :P

I feel bad for you guys whose walmart didn't have any ssc. :ssc Mine just got alot in.My hubby :wub: took me today to get one of everything that I didn't have.I got 2 ponies and 7dolls.I've been so busy on ebay buying all the old stuff that i've neglected the new.I'm still missing alot of the newer things but my vintage collection is growing.I also got the argentena ssc dolls on ebay.Has anyone seen those ?they are way too cute :eyepop .Ive also 11 original dolls other than that coming.I've actually been getting great deals on ebay lately. :lol: The next new thing i'm getting will be the tv,dvd player,and the cd/radio.I've already got the telephone w/caller id.I tell you they are making everything for ssc nowadays. :lol:

Actually, Walmart isn't too hard to get to if you have a car... it is right off the highway... but considering there are 2 Targets closer and easier to get to, and near a bunch of other shops (including Toys R Us), I have no reason to make a special trip just to go to Walmart. I do want to see if they have any new cornsilk CPKs or if they have the SSC mini friends, but I'm highly unmotivated to make the trip all the day there! I can just take a normal bus to one Target or take a longer trip on an express bus to the other Target. But for Walmart, I take the same express bus I'd take to go to the farther away Target, but go one more stop & then change buses or walk 20 minutes to get to Walmart.

LOL, Shell, you have too much I'd like! I did see the 3 pack of wearable-like things with OB in one of your pictures... I don't have that and I'd love to.

Also, I saw some of the new dolls with furniture at TRU last night...also some Island suitcase thing...it had like a beach set up inside...palm trees, lawn chair, tiki bar...LOL for the 5.5 inch dolls. Cute...and tons of other cute things too, but I didn't get to look long.

Is that what they are? I was trying to find something in your huge pile of goodies that I could use. Taigan's room is done in Care Bears still...and I was looking for something in there. But, I didn't see anything so 'note holders', eh? They have magnets on the back? And can you hold papers to your fridge with them? I'm one of those people who sticks things all over the fridge...and then I forget about it. :o :lol:
