Description: Transformers knock-off

Does anyone remember this horrible Transformers movie knock-off called
Micro Commando Dia-Tron 5?.

It's the one where the Transformers go into a Strawberry Shortcake type world
with Strawberry ice cream pond and spaggetti growing on trees.

That's all I remember

Here's a link if you remember that horrible Transformers movie.

I don't remember that movie, but it sounds really interesting! I always love anything to do with food, or a world made of food! I remember in elementary school music class, we'd sing this one particular song (big rock candy mountain??)and I'd always be dreaming away about some fantastic candy land! :yogurt

If you live near a local video store (not Blockbuster) you will be in luck finding 80s cartoons in the kids section.

I found Dia-Tron 5 at a 20+ yr old video store in the Buffalo,NY area. B)

I used to go to a video store called "Family video" and children rentals were free (limit of 2 out at a time). But they had SSC, paddington, My little pony, raindbow brite, etc... too bad I don't really remember what happened or which episodes... it was quite a few years ago.

What location if Family Video in?.

Berryblue - January 17, 2005 04:00 AM (GMT)
There is a video store around here (northern ON) that rents A LOT of older cartoons like that.

Not to mention, the blockbuster here is pretty good for that. They rent RBB, really old Barbie cartoon where she's doing aerobics, Jem, and LOTS of others like that!

Plus there's ANOTHER video store, that rents Fraggles, Alvin and The Chipmunks, and others...

Family Video was in Michigan. We rented sooooo many movies from there. They had like $0.50 rentals (not new release). I remember the 80's cartoons because I thought that was cool & watched them. This was before I was back into collecting SSC, etc.
