This is really a test poll, but if you like it you can vote. :D

yes, I like it... and yes, I voted for numero 2!
I am always poor, but I'm always buying the cool things I want.

I chose number 2 as well although lately I haven't bought ANY toys because I've been pretty addicted to clothing. LOL
*Jumping for joy that the polls are working! Yippie!*

I don't have a "real" budget, but I normally try not to spend more than $$ in a month... mostly my budget is for Hello Kitty because it is SOOOOO easy to spend $20 just on stickers every month, and you still feel like you bought hardly anything! ($20 of stickers is just a little bag!) I've only been buying 2-4 of each shortcake from each series, so that's not too bad spread over the year.

My toy budget seems to be equal to whatever I earn on ebay selling off old/extra/unused stuff, mostly toys. Odd coincidence. I love paypal! :D

That's a good thing purplestar. It seems like the smartest way to collect to me. :)

Go to Flea Markets or Thrift Stores. You can find things cheaper than Ebay or on-line stores. ^_^

We try to tackle toy collecting with a mix of EBay, and yard sales. Of course, actually going to WalMart or whatever is never out of the question.
As for a budget... not gonna happen.
