Hi everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know that I was back online.sorry I have been away so long.Alot has been going on.katrina destoryed my home in mississippi and forced my family to relocate to alabama.we recently moved back to ms.but sadly the fema park we moved to didn't have internet ,cable or phone lines.we just did get the cable lines put in and are still waiting on phone.other than that I had some legal problems to deal with from my ex husband.but am pleased that after a year and half it is finally over and my little girl is home to stay.I now have 6 kids instead of 5. 4 girls and 2 boys. I still collect ssc.as well as my 2 year old daughter Danielle.She has taken my BHH and pretty much all of my collection. :lol: she lives for ssc.I can't even go to a store with some without her making me get her something.My other girls have gotten out of care bears.they still collect mlp but have gotten more into Bratz. But my little boy Alex happens to love care bears. he will be 2 in may.He will not sleep without one :D My oldest son is no longer into Gi JOE. he collects power rangers.Even Walter has gotten out of them.HE now collects superman ,batman and anything justice league.I seem to be the only one collecting the same thing..But enough about me how has everyone else been? :carebear
:hkhappy Hi, wildfire! I'm glad to see you back online. :D Your kids sound very cute. Congratulations on winning your custody battle. It's heart-breaking to have to live without your children. My nine year old lives with his dad now (but is coming home for a visit this weekend, yay!). So, does your little SS collector like the new playmates version of SS? I think they are lovely, though I don't collect them much. I try to get my daughter to play with them, but she's into her Barbies and the Littlest Pet Shop right now. I've seen her play with her baby bratz (she has three - twin girls and a boy plus two ponyz). I do occasionally see her playing with my BHH, but she only associates the vintage SS with it, I think since she does not even bother with the basket of Playmate's SS. Too bad, really. Their long hair is beautiful and their clothes are really cute.
No Danny doesn't like the new dolls. she just looks at them and says thats not shortcake. I tried getting her into them so she would leave mine alone but it didn't work. I do bring my BHH out for her to play with. I get a kick out of watching her play.when I tell her to put it up,she sets everything right back the way I had it.It is so cute.@ of my other girls like Bratz.any and all. Sorry your son doesn't live with you. I hope he comes home to stay.It is hard not having even one of mine not here. :hksad :gnight
I'm glad you're back, too. Wildfire. And like Melanie said, congrats on getting custody of your kids. I'm only too sorry it took so long and that Katrina has affected you so much.
