Well, I didn't see any of these at Walmart yesterday. They are cute, but Taigan wants one of the color change hair ones. She rarely plays with the kids though. She pushes her newborns around in a stroller a lot, so these might be the ultimate Christmas gift. I'm always so conflicted these days with what toys to buy. :huh: :wacko:

I like the play value of the car seat/carrier! I wouldn't want more than one of these though. And they are like $20 instead of like the $10. Oh... and if Taigan really wants one of the colorchange ones... they have new ones out now with 2 colors of the colorsilk in their hair.

But, I understand about how hard it is to decide what toys to buy... 'cause just because they say they want it doesn't necessarily mean they will end up playing with it a lot.

I often walk through the toys section with the children...and I let them try things out, especially Taigan, since I learned with Kindred that if I don't let them touch the toys then they think they have to buy them. I learned also that if I walk around the store with my toys, then I eventually put them back on the shelves because I don't need more toys!

I think if I do end up getting her another cpk, I'll get the carrier one for sure. But, she plays Barbies more and I already have a giant bag of nrfb Barbie stuff for her and the mlp butterfly castle...and I do plan to buy the baby fairy ponies for her...so I can easily say no to the color change hair, though I think it's a cool concept in a toy.
