I have no idea what she's from! I had the action figure when I was younger and loved her and I simply can't recall from the life of me what she could possibly be from.
From what I remember she had dark pink hair and a black and pink outfit, white skin with some eye makeup and a hard plastic black horse that had a dark pink mane, hooves and eyes.
Help?!

:elf It wasn't by any chance from the she-ra collection was she? I know there was one of the characters that was black and pink :cheesecake

That sounds a lot like Dragon Queen and her horse Shadow (with a chariot) from Galoob's Golden Girl line. She had a wicked looking shield with a gemstone in it, too.
Can't find a picture of the horse right now, but she was black, came with a chariot, and she had a pink gemstone on her forehead. You put a battery in her and her eyes and the gemstone would light up. These were some of my favorite toys back then. :)
