I used to frequent a pizza place called Dino's Pizza - a purple dinosaur was on the restaurant. I used to shop for back to school clothes at a place called Kick in the Pants. They had all kinds of jeans and pants and stuff. I lived on the east coast near Melbourne, Florida at the time. Anybody remember these places or know if they still exist?

Hmm...I think I recall the name "Dino's Pizza" but I never heard of Kick in the Pants. I also am from central NY so it probably is a regional thing or maybe a local thing. Were these chains you are speaking of?

Maybe there's someone out there who grew up in the 80s from your area out there? I hope you find someone who knows :)

I remember Dino's Pizza. In fact, if I'm not mistaken I think it's still around in my area of SW Louisiana.

My husband grew up in Ohio, close to PA and he remembers Kick in the Pants. I'm from the West Coast and I do NOT recall either of those places. I remember Round Table Pizza and Shakey's Pizza, both are still around, I think.
